2) I'm daltonic, i confuse green and yellow. When there is the grass background in fight, i can't totally see the HP bar...... Maybe a colorblind mode to swap the green bars with blue?

Wish and detect are egg moves for umbreon, thats pretty much the same. tm protect not in the game atm. There will be other moves/tms/items u gonna miss. But its beta so its gonna get implemented in future.

1/ The move will be code and added more in the future, bear in mind that PRO is beta, so it need a time.

Protect/Detect and Wish are available if the Pokemon learns it on its own. There's no TM's available yet.
