i got like 64 box pokemon (over 800) , i wonder what if i pass max boxes?

In official games, the game will tell you that you can't catch more Pokemon until you've made some empty spots in your box.

 

I think it's the same in here.

You will cannot catch or throw pokeball anymore, unless you release some space
