Welcome to PRO, Dalson! Like you said, Red's community may be the most established since it's the oldest server, but the nice thing about Blue and Yellow is that they're new enough you can get a fresh start there, with regards to the economy and PvP scene. If you're seeking to rank high on the PvP ladder, you'll definitely be able to do so on any of the servers, but Yellow is so new that the PvP ranked ladder positions still have yet to be solidified. In the end, it's all up to you!
