  1. Hello mccloudzz, To try solve this crash issue, create a new folder on your desktop and extract all of the files into the new folder. Right click on the PRO executable and run it as admin.   6. Staff will not reset your account without specific reason, but you can create another account (only 2 per e-mail address) to start fresh again.

  19. Have you received the message "Your account has been banned" when attempting to log into the game? If yes, visit Discipline Appeals
  20. Open Windows Task Manager and close the game completely. Open it again and try to connect.
  21. You can see the details of your ban on Account Homepage. To make an appeal visit Discipline Appeals.
  22. Try the following steps: Right click on the PRO executable and run it as admin. try also run it in compatibility mode. If this doesn't work, try this one: Delete all of the PRO files from your computer, create a new folder on your desktop, re-download the game from here, and extract all of the files into the new folder.
