If your party is led by a Synchronize Pokemon, there's a 50% chance your wild encounters will share your Synchronize Pokemon's nature. This makes farming Pokemon with your desired nature much easier. However, important note: in PRO, your Synchronize Pokemon cannot be fainted, or else the Synchronize effect won't apply.
