I recommend you to edit your screenshot and hide your IP adress and your e-mail.

Hi, if the client says you're banned but your account status shows no ban reason, it's usually because of an issue with your IP address.

 

Are you playing on a public IP address (cybercafe, school, library, etc)? If so, try to play from a private one instead. If not, try resetting your IP address by resetting your router as another user suggested. Let me know how it works.
