since some people cares about legends much more , after you catch a legend , you could trade with someone with the same legend.

 

for example : i have quiet ability mew , and the other have timid with nice iv's. i could put my mew + items for his mew .. so with that way it could be less fairless for everyone.

sorry, but legendaries will always be untradeable.

 

This was the compromise that allows them to be ingame without melting the games economy.
