Hitmonlee and hitmontop only can get via the boss reward koichi in saforn city only (Level 120 Boss) and get one times free (as you got already).

228943 No but you can get wild tyrogue which evolve into any of the hitmon line.

Tyrogue only can evolve into hitmontop in PRO
