Saffron City

:Frown: I can't get to saffron city to get my next badge. I can't get the bike voucher to obtain the lemonade to cross. I'm stuck. So my question is how could I possibly get enough to give the 75,000 to this person for rent or whatever, or, how can I progress without taking up wayyyyy to much time collect said amount of money? I just want to play the game and it's very difficult having to go through so many obstacles.

Which badge did you obtain last? You can go east of Vermilion then all the way south then west to get to Fuchsia. You need to have finished the Lavender Tower quest.

If u have 5th badge already go roof of celadon big market and buy lemonade.

Give lemonade to any of the guards at the 4 entrances to saffron and u can get in to the city to go on with story.

 

Bike is just luxus, u dont need it to proceed with story.

Take the Underground Path on Route 8 to Celadon and pick up the Lemonade; you should be fine afterwards.

 

For tips on making enough money to purchase a bike, you can check out this guide (although, as Coop33 has said, having a bike isn't necessary to complete the story).
