I have not played pokemon revolutions online for a while. Still love the game btw. But I logged in yesterday and saw a lot of changes including yellow server and Hoenn region. Is it now possible to evolve a glaceon and/or sylveon ??

Yes, you can evolve eevee into glaceon by leveling up in glacial path north blackthorn, sylveon by leveling up in love island and leafeaon by leveling up in petalburg woods :)
