I have a lvl 23 Charmeleon, and about 6 other pokemon floating around the lvl 14 range. Are there any sort of attacks that work great against water pokemon / Misty's pokemon in particular??? Daitana Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 Just catch a Pikachu from Viridian Forest and get it to 20-25 and you should be fine. Naturally a Charmeleon won't beat her. Even get a couple more of your Pokemon around 20. I think my Pikachu was 23 and one shot her first two Pokemon and two shot Starmie. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have Charmeleon, Mankey and Weepinbell and misty's starmie has bubblebeam, psyshock and icy wind. Starmie basically counters and oneshots my whole team.
