I was wondering, how do you get to LagoonDesert, do you have to be ms, and last thing do the gligars hold razor fangs

If im right you the lagoon is a ms only area in Johto.

Sometimes Gligars are holding a razorfang. Thats imo just luck if you get one or not.

You need to be ms to get to desert lagoon. After you defeat Johto e4 you get there from Olivine port. And yes Gligars have a chance of 5% to hold Razor Fang.

You get to the desert lagoon by talking to the sailor in Olivine City, he will take you to the Johto exclusive maps and once you travel far enough north you will reach it. And yes, you need MS to go to the Desert Lagoon.

For the razor fang, only Gligar on Route 45 and Dragons Den B1F will hold it.
