Sudarant Posted August 7, 2016 Share Posted August 7, 2016 If im right you the lagoon is a ms only area in Johto. Sometimes Gligars are holding a razorfang. Thats imo just luck if you get one or not. And yes, you need MS to go to the Desert Lagoon. For the razor fang, only Gligar on Route 45 and Dragons Den B1F will hold it.
