Hi there, you need to login and check in here https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ to see you been banned or not. Then make appeal in here https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=32

If you not been banned, it mean the problem belong to ip or vnp, etc. So you will need to change it, or reset your router.
