I'm posting here rather than starting a new thread since my post would address the same issue. This is what happened when I started a match against an opponent.

 

 

I had switched leads before going into the match since I figured I would queue against the same opponent. It registered as Scizor feinting when indeed it was not Scizor that was sent out first. After I swapped pokes back into battle, My Staraptor was revived as if nothing happened. Although it forced me to swap, I couldn't use any of Stara's moves. Just thought I'd point out that it is indeed still an issue. And has happened to me even though I heal my pokes at pokecenter after every battle.
