My suggestion is to lower or delete playtime requirment for some bosses because I defeated almost all bosses I can, but to fight some other I need atleast +100 hrs more playtime.

Bosses are supposed to be a really end game features, likely their requirements won't be reduced :)

But I think I am endgame I defeated a few bosses I could, completed all regions, my playtime is about 120hrs and I dont know what is left for me to do except to catchem all.

Well u rushed story just like i did, which is pretty bad for the bosses. However, there's still plenty to do. Make sure you farm enough to build a healthy boss team and you can at the same time farm either money or pokemons to build your PvP team. PvP is really where the journey begins, just like in every other MMO tbh. You can never get bored (unless you're ev training, that sucks i know)
