However, what is your goal? Dragon Scales? Obtaining a good Kingdra? Or what? Dragon scale from seadra, razor fang i don't know The best place in order to obtain Dragon Scale it would be Seafoam BF4, Horseas and Seadras (Dragons Den Seadras & Horseas don't drop Dragon Scales nowadays). I think Razor Fangs were deleted, because they were bugged (when you tried to evolve Gligar, the animation stops and the Razor Fang disappears). I remember you could obtain them at Dragons Den B1F, but now, Gligars drop Toxic Orbs.
