Unfortunately no. In future you should evolve your Pokemon at level 97ish to avoid situations like rollbacks and missclicks.

Keep the Pokemon in your box and perhaps there will be a way to do it in the future.

Most likely no, afaik of other pokes. U can try just do a fight with it and holding razor claw but since its not a happiness evo/trade-evo etc it might not work cause u need to lvl it up.

 

Just for the future: Always evolve last stage at 99, and rare candy the last level. So u prevent some stuff goes wrong and u still have another chance to evo on lvl 100.
