So I got the badge from Fuchsia city, got surf and saw Articuno, then I got stuck. I read I must get a bike to proceed but I don't have 75000 to buy the voucher. What do I do??

Hi there. After you get the fifth badge from Fuchsia, you'll need to head back to Saffron City, where the next events of the story take place. In order to enter Saffron, however, you'll first need to obtain a Lemonade from a vending machine at the Celadon Mall rooftop, then deliver it to the guards at one of the stop houses leading into Saffron. Once you've entered Saffron, go to the Silph Corporation building and finish the story questline there.

 

To clarify: you don't need the bike to progress through any of the mandatory parts of the story. It's just for the sake of convenience. :) If you'd like tips on earning up enough money to purchase the bike voucher, though, here's a guide on money-making that you might find helpful.

You don't need a bike to continue, you need a lemonade which you can get from celadon city, and then give it to the guards blocking the passage to saffron, then you can fight sabrina after doing the silph co storyline quest I believe :Angel:

I beat Saffron, have 6 badges and went to the island but they are blocked by the purple NPCs?

 

So in order to do the subway quest/bike path, I must get the bike no matter what? I only have 30000....

Hmm... sorry, i don't remember this part of NPCs blocking the way but i can assure you that a bike is not mandatory to get through it. I have finished all 3 leagues and i still have no bike in my inventory (i use a mount instead).
