Indeed, i'm afraid you'll be stuck with a lvl 100 Gabite. A guy faced the same problem with his Bagon a few days ago and even mods couldn't help him out, if memory serves. So sorry for your Gible :(

In this case, staff cannot do anything sorry.... I will recommend you try to evolve it around 97 or 98 for avoiding bug. Sorry again....
