I saw someone in the trade chat in game selling an Amaura in Kanto, I tried to ask him about it but he kept leaving the chat and ignoring me. Is it even possible to get Amaura in Kanto as he claimed he had?

U need a Sail Fossil. U revive the Sail Fossil in Cinnebar. Your Amaura is from Kanto.

 

Prob about this is u dont get the sail fossil in kanto afaik. ;) But u can go back to kanto and revive this there. Thats what the guy probably did.
