Paid 20k for the one with 22 speed and spattack.

Hey, all 3 of them are great for E4, dont worry. :)

 

PvP is a bit more difficult to decide. Usually speed is the most important u want on Gengar. So i wouldnt go with the modest one.

Spatk is the 2nd most important stat on him so 3 spatk isnt that great at all. Top spd, great ivs overall, can do the job. But in some situations u might lack the tiny bit damage to 2hko the opponent instead of 3hko him and so on.

The 22/22 gengar could do the job too. Both ivs + 20, thats enough spatk in my eyes. Only prob u have is that u should be careful if u face pokes with same spd base as gengar. They might have more ivs than 22.

But if u are aware of it, it can be great in pvp.^^

One more question, if you fail the elite 4 do you have to wait before challenging them again? I heard it was once every 2 weeks, or is that after you beat them?

The CD of 2 weeks is for most of the bosses. These are the NPCs with the red colored name.

Im not totally sure but E4 should be immidiately doable again if u lost vs them. There is max 2h or 24h cd on it, but i think can do it directly again after loss. If u want.^^

 

After u beat them u cant battle them again.
