Does anyone know what the % of appearance for bulbasaur is on route 16? I just got info that it's actually 5% as opposed to 0.1% on route 3, can anyone confirm this please?

I believe its the same 5% all the way around. Though I could be wrong~

You have 5% chance that one of the bulbas u catch is a cloned bulba. So most likely 1 out of 20 bulbas u see is cloned. If u really unlucky u dont find one in even 40 bulbasur encounters.

Encounter rates and percentages are not released, so the information you were given is likely incorrect.

 

During the current clone Pokemon event, there's a 5% chance to encounter a cloned starter version from the Kanto starters you encounter - not a 5% chance overall to encounter a Kanto starter, or a clone starter. Hopefully that clears things up.
