have you tryed the eggmove tutor, might have toxic spikes on that list. If not it would make sense for it to be added there.

Toxic spikes is Pre-evolution moves, so when you missed it.... nothing can do. Same case with other pokemon as Arcanine, Raichu, Cleafable and so on. I will recommend you check the moveset before evolution it as some pokemon after evolution cannot relearn again the "pre-evolution moves".

i check it. but thats not a nintendo game and based on trade game. everyone can ruin another moveset for every single pokemon. so when you buy rosarade level 100 without toxic spikes , its like nothing much can do. and waste.. so thats why pro revolution need toxic spikes move on eggtutor for it.

You're underlining a problem here, but you're not suggesting the right solution (if I may)

Indeed, instead of not repecting the game by adding some tutors for pre-evolution moves (that are not in the nintendo games) I think a better solution would be to be able to see the movepoll of the pokemon you're buying when you click on it, the same way you see your pokemon's movepoll when you click on it (and same goes for EV, that also shouldn't be hidden for other players)

This has already been suggested in the past, but seems like no admin rejected/approved this idea, so it has his chances...
