I've got the HM waterfall but I can't go up the sinnoh league waterfall every time I go up I get pushed down.Can someone please tell me what is going on ?

Firstly, make sure you have a Pokemon with the move waterfall in your team. I also got pushed down, but after I got pushed down, I again went in the same path on which I got pushed down and I could go up. Good luck!
