I apologise if this is in the wrong place, but I am a returning player who played a good few months ago, and I logged into my account and it appears that my data has been deleted.

 

I was wondering if there was perhaps a server wipe in the last few months that I was unaware of? Or if it was caused by the addition of new servers since I last played? I'm not sure if this is a real issue or something that I'm just not aware of.

 

I'm a little bit disappointed to find it as I had put quite a bit of time into the game.

Hi there, make sure you log in the right server you play (per server have different save. Also make sure you log in the right server. If you check all things above and still not work, check this list Account Deleted. If you have the name in this.

I checked the list but my name is not there so my data may be on one of the servers somewhere.

 

I believe I played the game before the Red, Blue and Yellow servers were introduced, I think there was only one public server at the time. I'm unsure if my data may have been deleted during the creation of these servers.

Hi, if you play before have Blue server, all data will be in Red. But it sound so long ago, so maybe you need login in the main website https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/ and see the last active process of account.

I've also been playing this game for awhile and quitted for 6 months before comming back in July :p And I just logged into the Red server and everything worked fine for me!

 

When did you quit?
