i have tried to log in many times but it always says 'user already logged in'

i have wasted 2 days of membership in one week because of this problem

This can be due to numerous issues. I heard when you logout try actually clicking the "quit game" button but don't click it so fast after the screen pops up to ensure this doesn't happen to you or to ensure a very high chance to this not happening to you atleast. Again I'm sorry for your inconvenience. :D:
