so i was playing pokemon revolution and i was stuck on a lamp post so i log out and quit and opened up and it said user already logged in. its stuck like that what should i do

Hi, this problem usually occurs as a result of being disconnected, or closing the game without logging out. Your account is deadlocked in the server and will be until a server reboot occurs, which usually happens as a result of a server crash or maintenance.

same, been 3hrs stuck saying "user already log-in" :(

I don't think that this is the reason this time. As far I see lot of players occurs same problem. I've got UIS twice today, and that secund lasts over 3hrs now. I'm always log out by game panel. Looks like another one serv issue.

What Alex described is the server error, it thinks you're there when you're not, and because you're not, staff can't remove you, so the server thinks you're there until it goes offline.

It's normally triggered when your account isn't logged out such as a crash when you don't have the chance to do so

I really know all of that, the thing is that isn't just random UIS, when so many players occurs same problem.

 

We could use some srev reboot :Cool:

mine is in login page and i checked with my brothers account, i logged out properly and now he cant log in too so its not in the manner of how u exited the game

I got the same problem. Someone wanted to battle me, but even before we could start fighting the battlescreen diasappeared...i could walk around but not interact with anything no more...sooo i logged out and wanted to log in again but it says User's already logged in :Shocked:

I have the same problem , I hope they will be a reboot and I expect after the reboot the same problem won't continue because wait at all server reboot for play is annoying ^^ .

Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time.

Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again.
