Hi there! I'm just wondering if the Pokemon's IVs with Synchronize ability will affect as well the encountered Pkmn's IVs? What I want to say is if my Sync Pokemon has great IV's will it have a higher chance to encounter Pkmn with good IVs as well?

Synchronize ability only impact to nature, nothing impacted to IV.
