Yeah, with Waterfall HM implemented, Vaporeon has now a good physical stab to work with its brave nature.

 

Joke aside, as Liquidsnake says, it's a bit hard to believe that you have been struck 3 times in a row by a huge bug that nobody have heard of. You sound honest though so the only thing i can recommand is to evolve another Eevee, take some screenshots before and after the evolution for staff to help you/fix this issue.

Ok, I'll try to get an Eevee and replicate it.

I only had one Eevee when i evolved, so it couldn't be. It was one that i caught with adaptability still the same lvl as i got it.
