Have you look into the Customization (it has a clefairy shape) part of your backpack ? It should be there.

Relax, not everyone of staff is around 24/7. They do it in their own free time. ;)

And not everyone of staff is permitted to investigate this issue, u prob need a GM here. Just give it some time im sure they look into it pretty soon and help u out!
