So I'm not sure if there is a more current thread, but I've been using this thread to tell me what TMs are available in the game, and how to get them:

TM list

 

If you search in this thread for "Horn Drill" you will notice, it does not exist. However, I have one in game:

Which makes me wonder, what other TMs are located in this game that can be found in pokeballs / dug up / etc. that are not in this list. Specifically I'm hoping the Payback TM is available somehow, anyone know of a more updated list for TMs in the game?
