Buying Hoenn Pokemons

I'm starting hoenn just now, and as i did for johto i want to buy 2 or 3 pokemon that i want to level through the region.

 

So i ask all players who want to sell hoenn pokemons to post here the pokemon and tell me the price, the price is important because i wont buy only one pokemon.

Im looking for good iv pokemon. no need to be all 31 but 20 something in main stats. Of course i will also buy epic iv pokemons if i see fit to me.
