Do not wait for this, it will not happen because they probably CAN'T (and not WON'T) do this. If you managed to win once, you will win again the next time though, not a big issue. From what I see, you're only experiencing a visual bug caused by entry hazards such as stealth rock. That's why all of Jasmine's pokeballs are faded.
