I will need to examine the scriptwork in the most up-to-date map files to pinpoint the issue; I'll need to await Nikola to be around before I can do so. I have only made one change to the area recently, and since it should have had no impact on the control flow of the quest, I assume changes were made elsewhere that have engendered this issue.

is this fix yet ? im stuck here for hours :(

I cant cope the 1st or 2nd floor anymore, the rocket always capture me. Please fix this bug to help me continue to accomplish the story.
