However, we already had a well structured and thought out discussion even before starting to make PRO even (2 years ago) regarding legends and this plan wont change due to the MMO structure. That's a lie, they'll have different iv's/natures and some people will use them and some wont and will waste a lot of time doing the quest and resources.
