Press Ingame on the right corner the Symbol… buy with "Paypal" 100coins and with the 100coins can You buy the MS-Membership.

Go to the coin shop at the top right corner and click on the consumable tab. Then buy the MS medallion. Once purchased, you can activate it from your bag.

Aside from the coin shop, you can also buy a membership ingame from other players. Generally speaking, the price of a MS ingame is around 300k on red server and 500k on blue server. I don't know the price on yellow though
