The server always give the time before reboot, which make me believe that you are in crash. In fights, if you disconnect/crash, whatever the reason is, it will be marked as a defeat. You are not the first and you'll be not the last.

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. However, the server are stable these days, check this thread if you see any solution for crash: Read this before making GS topic in "Crash issues or other issues" subtitle. I am so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case, you will need to wait cooldown...
