you can change mammoth to donphan, it also can learn stealth rock

Donphan would be superior to mamoswine in this position. It gains acces to stealh rock and rapid spine while beimg having the ability sturdy and overall better defenses. Mamoswine is more of a offensive pokemon

This blissey won't be able to harm gengar. You might wanna replace seismic toss with flame thrower or ice beam

Drain Punch is an illegal move as of right now. Using it in Pvp can get you punished.

You definitly want Jolly on Weavile, with 31 speed prefered over anything.

Icicle Crash isn't ingame. Poison Jab might be a help for azumarill but won't 1shot it anyway. In case of a belly drum Knock off ice shard might kill it or get it low enough for your breelom to finish it of w ith mach punch. Thunder Punch i'd replace with ice shard against hose boosted dragons.

After fixing the red things i'd try the team in pvp and see how it performs. I didn't put any thoughts composition wise but apart from the chandelure these pokemon are commonly used.

If you fight with the team you'll expirience its limitations and can make changes accordingly.
