I disagree with this, I would love to say yes but I feel like a rare pokemon should be rare and no less, if that makes any sense..

I'll explain why imho that makes no sense.

The game has been started 1 year ago, so this thiing would change basically the value of every epic ext. rare pokemon in the game, so is like everyone who farmed untill now wasted a huge amount of time.

 

Next thing, you risk that "extremely rare" tier is less rare than "rare" tier, so if you really want to change the % of extremely rare pokemon you should change the % of every tier.

 

Last thing, you can make a competitive team with commons poke like magnemite, slowpoke, magikarp, machop ect. You are not forced to build a epic extremely rare team
