You can go to visit Mt.Silver for hunting Pokemon or battle NPC Red to get access to Trainer Valley. If you need requirement for Red you can check Ingame Boss Guide, there are other NPC Boss information you can find inside the guide if you need. In addition, Hoenn is available for you to complete, as the above said you said you need lv80 ratatta as the requirement.
