I tried different solutions, how to reset my network, restart the PC, entering with my alt account but the problem still persist. hoping to get a quick response. Hi, what you're experiencing is a server sided issue that can happen every now and then. There's isn't anything that you can do to fix this, unfortunately. You're account is deadlocked until the next server reboot/ crash. There is no exact time for the server reboot, but the server reboot usually happens in daily. As JollyolNathan said you can keep an eye on the server status checker.
