Can you help me replace "Surf" move by move "Hydro pump" ?. I am very need it. You can find them in Cerulean, Saffron, Goldenrod, Blackthorn, Slateport and Sootopolis City. Each move will cost you $2000. Unfortunately, Hydro pump is exclusive to Poliwag/Poliwhirl and cannot be learned by Politoed once evolved. Since there is no way for him to learn it (it's a shame since his Politoed is an amazing offensive one and Hydro pump will highly be missed), i can only suggest to remove Surf for Scald which is better water stab, even on offensive pokemon.
