I quite often have the same problem, i sometimes get stuck like now playing on my phone, and when i relog sometimes 2 or 3 times(since the phone app bugs sometimes) and then my login screen just freezes, and when i switch to pc it still freezes like my profile is blocked off, is this a common problem or just for me?

What server are you on? Currently red is down. Also you could have the "user already signed in" glitch. You must wait for a server reboot to fix that.
