As prehax said, you can either make a second account or use the same account and start on another server. Not too sure where the confusion is coming from. You could put in some sort of ticket of some sort to reset your account but I don't think staff would do it unless it was a good reason.

Hello BookHog92, I am sorry but as you can see in this link we can't reset a account, but you can do another account with the same email and start again or start in another server.

Quoting for easy access

Reset account

We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or play in other servers as per server have different save. Staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.
