A button to log you out is implemented, its when you click Escape > Logout, an added logout button unfortunately wouldn't serve as a solution to this bug. Harty91 Posted October 24, 2016 Author Share Posted October 24, 2016 Bro an logout button here...it make u logout 100% evry online game have that...im dont saying something who is impossible to did...and other game have it...i play also tibia an mmorpg an it aboute here too...but they have that button on ur forum accaunt who logout istant from any game...it will be helpfull if u got hacked too...so why not...its not easy to do but it can help the player...and i think it repair that bug...u guys try it ?? Harty91 Posted October 24, 2016 Author Share Posted October 24, 2016 and i think u dont understeand me...this logout button dont will be the same of esc on forum x.x it will be used only for that server problem or if u got stoled ur accaunt...i think is the only way and i ask some my friend its need on that game for many reason...cuz the server is ever an test...and this button can save file char from corruption...< i dont will give order to no one but i think this option is essential on that game... If so then a remote log off wont fix it. I recall that staff have tried force kicking players who were experiencing this issue however it didn't fix it as the player is already logged out but the server is tricked into thinking that they are still logged in. A server reboot is currently the only way to solve this. I'm not against a remote log off button however I personally don't see it being that useful. Harty91 Posted October 24, 2016 Author Share Posted October 24, 2016 bro...listen...ok im my case is a server bug...and (u guys have to fix it...cuz its not possible that..) if i got stoled my accaunt...and him is giving to his accaunt my pokemon i can make him istant logout from here...its super usessfull...i think its needed in that game and im pretty sure it will resolve it....u have just to give it more priority than other thing when ur technical coded it...cuz in the case of stoled accaunt it can make the difference....and sorry for the repeat but evry game have it...and it isnt a simple logout...but its a logout from the server...x.x :thanks: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Its a SERVER-SIDE bug, you already have a logout button, if you are referring to a "button" built within the server itself to completely disconnect a user then that isnt a solution, or atall possible. As Nathan stated, a remote logout button will be ineffective for this issue too, note that we have tried implementing workarounds such as a staff-kick from server, even a 1 second ban from the server to try and rectify the issue, but as stated, its SERVER-SIDE, not client-side, so its not really within our power to implement any "button" to log you out, you already have a logout button which is to log out of the client. If you were hacked, thats completely different, as its not a server-side issue. If you were hacked we could recover your account, if you receive the "user already logged in" message, your player ID is stuck in the server, locked in a "logged in" status, only way (currently) to release it is to reboot the server so it refreshes and recognizes actually that user is not signed in, again releasing the account.
