M :) Unfortunately staff do not offer the option to reset your progress. At the moment the only way of having a fresh start is by either playing on a different server or by creating a new account. Remember; "You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person." You can make another account or play on a different server. Check out these useful links!
