I don't have any video, so i will try to describe you the situation.

 

Both me and my enemy had two pokemons, milotic and snorlax. my pokemon had poison and his burn, everything was working normally until snorlax had no more skills to attack and started using struggle, the burn stopped working. From the 3rd time on he didn't take any damage from struggle but i was taking as a consequence i lost all my hp.

I'm not sure if I got your problem. So what I assume that you wanna report is:

Even tho struggle didnt deal any dmg you still got dmg on your own.

If that's the case everything is working just fine. I'll quote the Generation IV changes here for you:

 

The user now takes ¼ of its maximum HP as recoil damage, regardless of how much damage the attack did to the opponent. A user with only 1 HP will knock itself out with recoil damage.
