Is it still possible to access to Meteor Falls B1F 2R to catch bagon? I couldn't find a way to get there from 1F 1R where the entrances are. It would be great if someone can show me the path to get there if possible!

You need to the left of Route 115 then follow the ocean north. Once at the top of the route you can go on top of Meteor Falls. You will see an abandoned Pokemon however when you go to collect it you will fall through the roof and into B1F 2R.

Hello merrer, like JollyolNathan said, you will find the path that leads you to Meteor Falls B1F 2R on north of the Route 115, have fun playing.
