hello guys my id is [email protected] i had logged in android(bluestacks).i had completed kanto.but yesterday i loggd in windows and lost all progress. please help.

Maybe GM can't restore a progress you need to restart the game sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello AXEJAW007, I am sorry about the inconvenience you have experienced. Can you confirm that you logged into the same server that you used to play?

You can check which server you are about to log in to in the box below your password.
